How to resolve issues with the Dynamic Cost Explorer (DCE)
In the event you are experiencing a problem with the dynamic cost explorer like an unresponsive page or a very slow query, you can restart your instance of the DCE to solve the issue.
Reset of the DCE
Navigate to the "Advanced Settings" section of the preferences page
N.B. : To be able to visit this page and reset the DCE you will need to have the admin role.
Click either on the "Soft reset DCE" or the "Hard Reset DCE" button
The soft reset is taking less time but will not unblock all the DCE issues whereas the hard reset will take longer but will certainly resolve the issue you are facing.
